Andrea’s NYC Bridal Session

Today I photographed a bridal session in New York City. I was very lucky to have go all around the city with Andrea and take some really great shots. We started at the Brooklyn Bridge, moved on to Grand Central and Central Park. We captured the daily traffic jams in Times Square, and got some photos at the New York Public Library and Bryant Park. One of the coolest finds for a great photo op was the huge LOVE letters in the middle of the sidewalk.

I don’t think I have ever walked as much as we did today. Not to mention it was a cool 95 degrees in the city and very, very humid. IT WAS HOT!! That being said, Andrea looked beautiful and was a pleasure to work with. Here are just some of the shots from the day. Enjoy!!

Backyard Shots of Aidan

Since I didn’t have any weddings this weekend, Kathleen & I traveled down to New Jersey to get some of our own wedding plans taken care of. While Kathleen & her best friend and matron of honor, also Kathleen, went to get trial hair styles done I got to babysit Kathleen’s godson and Kathleen’s son Aidan. I know very confusing. Anyway, one of the things I like to do when I baby sit is, surprise, take pictures. Since it is so gorgeous out I thought the backyard at my future inlaws house provided the perfect backdrop. Aidan is 15 months old, here are some of the shots I took.

Amelia & Hartley - Two Beautiful Little Girls

Today I photographed the young kids of my good friends Tony & Michelle. They have 2 beautiful girls, Hartley & Amelia. Hartley is 2 months old as of yesterday and Amelia is 2 years old. They were perfect little models. I hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I did photographing them.

Elizabeth & Dave’s Wedding

I finally got through the initial sort of Liz & Dave’s Wedding Photography from Saturday. We had a ton of fun working with them on their wedding day. Here are a few of the pictures from their day. Enjoy!!

RJT in Mount Kisco & Greenwich

On Saturday we did a wedding for an awesome couple, Liz & Dave, in Mount Kisco, NY. While we were at Liz’s parent’s house, Dina (one of the bride’s maids) wanted to take a picture of us. I seldom have pictures taken of me at weddings because I am the one taking the pictures. I never thought I would ever see the picture but to my surprise I received an e-mail today from Dina with the picture attached. From left to right in the picture is Dan, Tony and myself. Dan & Tony are 2 of my videographers. My assistant photographer Vicki wasn’t in the picture because she was with the groom. Thanks Dina for the great picture!!

While going through the initial sort of the pictures from the day, I found this picture of Dan & Tony hard at work that Vicki took. Tony is intensely capturing the formal photography moments on tape while Dan is looking on as he holds the bride’s bouquet. I thought it was a priceless shot. The photography hour took place at Binney Park in Greenwich, CT

Once I finish going through the rest of the pictures, I will post some of my favorites.

3 Weeks Really Makes a Difference

Kathleen & I traveled down to Penn. to see our new neice (well my almost niece) Maura since she was born 3 weeks ago. It is really amazing how fast she is growing and is turning into a beautiful little girl. If you are interested in seeing pictures of her from an hour after she was born you can click here.

An Irish Cathedral

I was going through some folders on my computer when I came across some pictures from our trip over to Ireland last year. Ireland is an incredibly beautiful, romantic and mysterious country that is a photographer’s dream. It is also an incredibly beautiful place to get married. In fact Kathleen and I used to joke about how great it would be for us to get married there. There are endless backdrops of rolling hills majestic castles and landscapes that are absolutely breathtaking. Anyways while in Dublin, we went to numerous churches and cathedrals including St Patrick’s Cathedral and Christ Church. Below is a picture of Christ Church.
