A Day in the Big Apple - Andrea’s Slideshow

I finished editing the photos from Andrea’s bridal session in NYC. I put up some shots from the day in an earlier post but here is the slideshow so you can see a bunch more. We had a great time that day, I think it really shows through the photos. I hope you enjoy!!

As always if you would like to view this slideshow larger, please click here.

Tonia & Nick’s Engagement Session

Today I had the awesome pleasure of photographing Tonia & Nick’s Engagement Session. They chose to do their session at Cranbury Park in Norwalk and the grounds of the Westport Library which is where they got engaged. Although a little warm, I had a great time with them. Here are just some of the shots of the day. Enjoy!!

Maura, Maura, Maura

I got the opportunity to take a few more shots of Maura and I thought I would share them. Babies are so much fun to take pictures of. Enjoy!!

Taking Photos to Build A House

I am very happy to be getting involved with this awesome organization called The Portrait House which was founded to raise money for Habitat for Humanity.

RJT Pictures will be setting our own goal to help The Portrait House reach $50,000. Check back soon to see how you can get involved in this PHANTASIC mission. To find out more about The Portrait House please go to The Portrait House Blog.

Kambara = Awesome

I just got an album that I designed for one of my clients who got married in December. I am very excited for this album because it is the first time I used this company. The album company is Kambara USA and I actually found out about them while I was out at the WPPI convention in Las Vegas back in March. They have so many cool things you can do with albums including choosing a etched metal cover as I did for this one.

Everyone over at Kambara has been amazing. They are so helpful, friendly and prompt. I will be using them for all of my albums!!

Caught in the Act

While going through the pictures from this weekend’s weddings, I found some shots of the RJT Pictures team at work. This past Friday, for Camila and Kevin’s wedding, we had a four-person crew, comprised of me and my photography assistant, Sue, and two videographers, Ryan and Tony. I hope you enjoy this glimpse into the work that goes on behind the lens.

Sue took this picture of Ryan and I looking focused while capturing the bride and groom’s wedding bands.

Here is the how the actual shot came out. (below)

In this one I am taking a group shot of the bridal party in the Chapel and Fairfield University, while Tony looks on.

Here’s Ryan again, this one I took while we were getting some exterior shots of the bride’s house before the ceremony.

You can see some of photos from the formal photography session that I took at Great River Golf Club in Milford by clicking here. ENJOY!!

Par for the Course - Camila & Kevin’s Wedding

We just got back from another great wedding. The weather became very interesting right when we were about to do the formal photography but once the storm passed it was absolutely beautiful. The reception and the formals for that matter were at the Great River Golf Club in Milford, CT.

Camila and Kevin were great to work with. Even after it had just rained, both were more than willing to walk in the tall wet grass and Camila even volunteered to lay on the ground in her wedding dress! They are a beautiful couple and it really shows.

Here are some of the shots of Camila and Kevin.
