2008 Weddings Completely Scheduled

My 2008 wedding season has filled up incredibly quickly and as a result I am not taking anymore weddings for 2008. I am however meeting with couples who are getting married in 2009. If you are getting married in 2009 and need a photographer, I would love to setup a time to meet you. Most couples book at least a year in advance so this would be a great time to plan the photography part of your wedding day.

If you have any questions or would like to schedule a time to meet please drop me a line or give me a call. As always don’t forget to check out my website at: http://www.RJTPictures.com.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

Maura’s First Christmas

This year we spent Christmas at Kathleen’s parent’s house in NJ and had a great time playing with our niece Maura. She has the most adorable Christmas outfits and is such a happy little girl. She had a great time trying to tear into her presents and an even better time seeing the Christmas trees and decorations for the first time. Here are some shots I got of her from yesterday.

Towanda & Ronnie’s Engagement

Although it was only about 25 degrees yesterday morning, Towanda & Ronnie braved the cold so I could capture their engagement session photography. We went to Boothe Memorial Park in Stratford. The park provided a nice winter backdrop. Here are some pictures from their session.

Sophia & Lily’s Christmas Portraits

On Friday night I went to my dentist’s (and his wife’s) home to take Christmas portraits of their two beautiful little girls. His oldest, Sophia, is 6 and Lily is 2 and a 1/2. I had a great time and got some great shots. Here are just a few of them.

Nicole & Bryan’s Wedding

Yesterday my assistant Sue and I photographed Nicole & Bryan’s wedding. They had a beautiful winter wedding held in Mount Kisco, NY. Nicole’s father is the mayor of Mount Kisco so it was an additional honor to shoot this wedding. Even though it got quite cool outside I was so happy that everyone was so willing to “think warm” to make sure we got some great shots. We had a great time and the pictures really show how nice the day was. I hope you enjoy!!

Arin & Christopher’s Slideshow

It has been a while since I have posted a slideshow and I definetely have to make some more often. Here is a slideshow of Arin & Christopher’s Wedding that my assistant Vicki & I shot back in October. I hope you enjoy!!

One Sweet Brownie

The other day, I went out to lunch with my friends Tony & Joe. Tony works for me as one of my videographers for weddings and events that we capture. Anyways he knew that I have been starting an old camera collection. His father has a bunch of old cameras and he brought to me a fun little piece of photography history. The camera is an old Kodak Brownie. This wasn’t a professional camera but something that was very popular. It is actually hard to find these in good condition. It is amazing to see how far photography has come.

If there is anyone out there that has old camera equipment and wants to get rid of it, please let me know. Thank you Tony!!
